- TEA / IIA — Mapping Decisions Finalized, Full Workflow Validated: Remaining TEA IIA implementation decisions were resolved and the complete Grow-to-Texas-Exchange workflow was documented and validated end-to-end. Pilot district testing with the Texas Education Exchange is the remaining step before Grow appears on TEA’s published list of IIA-integrated vendors, targeted for the October onboarding wave.

- AI-Powered Goal Creator – Improvements to Brolly’s Goal Creator tool that suggests IEP goal condition/target/measurement options grounded in Brolly’s goal library, plus SMART-criteria scoring (Strong/Partial/Weak) with actionable feedback. Never overwrites user-entered text. Off by default; requires Goal Creator.

- ClassLink SSO — Grow now supports ClassLink as a SAML identity provider. Districts using ClassLink can authenticate directly from their LaunchPad without a separate Grow login.
- Network Frequency Dashboard — District Totals Row — A district-level summary totals row has been added to the Network Frequency Dashboard, making it easier for network leaders to see district-wide activity at a glance alongside school-by-school breakdowns.
- Meeting Types — Configurable Dropdown Field — A new “Configurable Dropdown” field type is now available in the Meeting Type builder, allowing districts to add custom single-select dropdown menus as meeting fields.
- Meeting Type Builder — Required Fields for Participants — Meeting type fields can now be marked as required for participants, ensuring that key information is captured before a meeting record can be submitted.
- Scoring & Calculations — Role-Based Permissions — Administrators can now control which roles have access to scoring configuration and evaluation scores, providing more granular control over who can view or modify evaluation data.
- Action Item Bank — Usability Improvements — The Action Item Bank presets list received navigation and search improvements, making it easier for coaches and administrators to manage a large library of preset action items.

- TierScore AI-Assisted Scoring (Texas only) – Auto-suggests Tier of Intensity ratings from synced IEP data with cited evidence (cuts assessment time from ~45 to ~5 minutes); “Re-Analyze with Al” reads narrative IEP text for harder-to-capture factors (e.g., staffing, equipment) and cites supporting text. Never overwrites existing manual ratings.
- AI-Insights for Goal Progress – Generates a plain-language progress summary, trend/pace read (Improving/Variable/Declining, On Track/At Risk), key patterns from assessment data and teacher notes, and categorized recommendations. One-click copy for reports, emails, and notes. Off by default; System Admin enables per district.
Grow
- AI-Assisted Observation Insights — Coaches can now open an AI Insights modal directly from any observation form indicator. The modal surfaces a performance overview for that specific indicator. Districts can enable or disable the feature at the district level under System Settings > AI Settings.
- Scheduled Exports — Admins and coaches can now schedule recurring exports on report pages, choosing the frequency, format, and recipients once and letting Grow handle the rest. All schedules are managed from a central “My Scheduled Exports” view, with scheduled export support extended to all remaining report pages. District admins can enable or disable the feature via System Settings.
- Okta SSO: Grow now supports Okta as a SAML identity provider, joining existing SSO options (Azure, ADFS, ClassLink). Districts using Okta can authenticate directly from their SSO portal without a separate Grow login.
- Training Modules: Districts can now build and assign structured training content directly in Grow as part of PLU Events. Modules support video embeds, file uploads, external links, rich text, and section headers. Completion requirements are configurable (view-only, acknowledgment, or quiz), with sequential completion controls, role-based visibility, and full progress tracking from the PLU Event registrant roster. When a content section is edited after participants have started, admins can notify affected participants and optionally reset their progress on that section.
- Evaluation Scoring & Calculations (Sumter): A new Scoring & Calculations section is available under Config for districts using Grow’s evaluation features. Includes role-based permission controls to govern who can view or modify scoring configuration and evaluation scores, an evaluation scores widget on the teacher profile page, and the ability for admins to reorder the widget via drag-and-drop when profile layout customization is enabled. Off by default; enabled by Customer Success.
- Completed Meetings Count Toward Coaching Cycles: Completed meetings now count as completed cycle items immediately upon completion, regardless of their scheduled date. Previously, meetings only counted once their scheduled date had passed.
- Performance Dashboard — Reorder Multiple Dashboards: District administrators can now drag and reorder the sequence of Performance Dashboard configurations directly on the setup page.
- Angular 19 Upgrade: Grow’s frontend framework was upgraded from Angular 17 to Angular 19. This is an internal technical improvement that reduces build times and lays the groundwork for future performance enhancements — no change to existing functionality.
