The first 60 days of the school year can reveal a lot about how well special education systems are working.

IEP services are underway. Caseloads are shifting. Teams are documenting progress. New staff are learning processes. And district leaders need to know—early—whether services are being delivered consistently across campuses and where gaps may be emerging.

In this on-demand conversation, Level Data brings together special education experts to discuss what service visibility actually looks like in practice and how Texas districts can move from reactive problem-solving to earlier, more informed action.

During this conversation, we explore how district and campus teams can:

  • Identify service gaps earlier rather than discovering issues weeks or months later.
  • Improve visibility into IEP service delivery across classrooms, campuses, and providers.
  • Reduce reliance on spreadsheets and disconnected processes that make district-wide oversight difficult.
  • Turn documentation into actionable information for special education leaders and campus teams.
  • Strengthen progress monitoring so teams have better information ahead of ARD meetings and other critical decisions.
  • Build more consistent processes across campuses without creating additional administrative burden for educators.
  • Use reporting to move from identifying a problem to knowing where action is needed.
